Low Sodium Canned Cat Food?

Hi guys!

Just got back from the vets and Sassy' heart has deteriorated from a 0 to a 3 in only a year (on a scale of 0 to 6).
My vet suggested a low sodium canned food. She's currently eating Farmina N&D Quinoa Urinary, which I assume is low in sodium, so I'm just looking for canned food.
Does any one have suggestions and/or info? Ideal, grain free.

I feed quite a bit of Weruva, and i think it is usually low sodium. They have good information about all their foods on their website, you might want to give them a look.
