My three year old cat was just at the vet last week for a bump on his neck, and now he has a super swollen paw pad. My cats have never had this, so I am not sure if I can just keep an eye on it or if he needs another vet appointment. Vets in my area are around $60 per appointment, so taking him 2 weeks in a row would be a bummer. It is his hind paw. He doesn't like me to touch it, but when I lightly pull his toes, it doesn't seem to bother him.

Anyone know what this could be?

That's a great idea! I hope they'll be understanding since we just saw them and with the coronavirus it is curbside drop-off and he get stressed being examined without me there. I will send her a picture tomorrow.
