Litterbox and other kitty problems

I put her inside the litter box so she could use the litter box but all she does is walk in circle around the litter box

I give her water then put her in the litter box however she does not like that either

When I first brought her home I put her in a small metal cage so she would stay calm -- she ate all her food there

This morning she was fuzzy so I let her out of her metal cage and now she like roam all over; but she does not eat

But I will continue to giver her 1/3 tbls of condensed milk four times a day

Time when I get home

Around 10 p.m.

Around 2 a.m.

Around 6 a.m.

Plus I will leave wet food and dry food and dish of fresh water

I'm not sure what is going on here @Kathleen Prokop .  She is not using the litterbox? How old is she and how long have you had her? Also what do you mean by "fuzzy".

Why are you feeding her condensed milk?  Do you mean condensed or evaporated milk?
