I have a litter of 6 kittens, they were initially all outdoor kittens, probably 3 - 4 months old now. They will use the litterbox if they're near it. If they're not, they'll go in a corner or on clothes or a bag to do their business. Many times I have caught them preparing to execute the act and escort them to the litterbox and remove / throw away any items they use the bathroom on as well as clean up messes with Nature's Miracle but they're still going outside the box and I have to find a way to stop them before they ruin my house. What can I do?

More litter boxes. My cats like to go where I am, bathroom, bedroom, living room. Or it could the kind of litter/smell. If not, they need to be fixed. That will help and they are old enough to have kittens

With a litter of kittens, you definitely need several boxes, at least one in each room. The ideal is one box per cat, plus one, but at LEAST, with kittens, a box in each room.

Yes more boxes and also keep them in a small enough area where a box is never far away.
