I have a 10 year old male Bengal (Hunter) have been good all these years. His litter box is in the bathtub just in case he misses we can rinse it easily. Lately, when he pees he doesn't squat as he normally does, instead he pees kinda standing up and it goes over the pan. He's not crying nor uncomfortable when he goes. Not a problem as far as cleaning it because it's in the bathtub. Besides that, he's very healthy and vet checked regularly. I'm also giving him a supplement called UTI FREE. What makes him pee like this? thanks

Any new litter box behavior warrants a vet vist in my opinion. It could be something like arthritis that makes squatting uncomfortable.

He doesn't have any problem running around or climbing up or jumping on the ledge. I'll observe him a bit and yeah a vet visit might be in order.
