Lip Smacking And Dry Heaving

When my cat does the lip smacking chances are good she is having dental problems. She has had to have several teeth removed over the years.
You said this cat has been having loose stools since you adopted her. When did you adopt her? How long has this been going on? How old is she? Has the vet ever done blood work? How are the teeth?
It sounds like you are switching foods around and not really giving one brand a chance. You have to give a week. My opinion: I don't think you need to go so exotic as kangaroo meat. Grain free is also not always the answer. I switched my cats years ago to grain free and both got diarrhea. I had to take both to the vet and the vet told me a grain free diet is not necessary. So I went back to Fancy Feast and they were fine.
Has your cat been tested for parasites?
