Kittens suckling sibling

I adopted 2 kittens in the beginning of March and the girl kitten keeps suckling on her male siblings chest, should I separate them?
And what should I do if it keeps happening?

See if you can't redirect her to a blanket or toy to suckle on. It will probably eventually stop, but no real harm done unless she does it enough to cause him skin/nipple irritation. Try some replacement items before thinking about separating them.

If nothing works as a replacement, you could consider making/buying a onesie for him, if he will tolerate it, as that would stop her access and maybe break the cycle quicker.

Give her a cloth with a corner soaked in kitten milk and see if she will suckle that. It’s never good when they suckle one another. I had a cat once who suckled a teddy bear for years. I have a cat now who insists on suckling and kneading ME when I have my pajamas on!
