Kittens Anus Had Poop

I recently noticed my kitten had poop on its anus so 8 decided to use lukewarm water to get the poop out of his anus , during the process I noticed that he had a gaping hole in his butthole i realized it's actually his butthole!!! I'm a little worried and was wondering if I can get feedback and what I can do about it.

How old is this kitten? That looks like a very serious prolapse. The kitten needs to go to the vet immediately.
