Update:: both kitties tested and both negative! Woohoo! But def one had worms so, we treated both with the topical broad spectrum ( liquid on the back of their necks) and will be in their rooms for a week, then fully bleaching their litter box before introducing them to the other cats or letting my cats enter the kitten room.

Giardia doesn't always show up in fecal samples. Also, some of the typical dewormers used have not been successful in treating it.
