Kitten With Bunny Poop?

Hello everyone,

So this weekend my little kitten was sick, she was not eating, and she had diarrhea. So I took her to the vet he gave her antibiotics, a dewormer, and a cerenia injection.

Now she got her appetite back, I feed her blue buffalo canned kitten food. But today in the morning I noticed these little round balls around the house, and one was stuck on her. It was poop. Could the antibiotics be causing this? What can I do to help her?

A natural stool softener like pumpkin or coconut oil might help.
