This kitten is a stray I picked up right before July 4th holiday...He's been on antibiotics now for over 2 weeks he's on his second round of it....But he is still sneezing..My question is could the litter I am using be the problem?

It's quite possible. Our cat is allergic to grain-based litter, and many cats sneeze if their clay litter is dusty.
Has the vet tried a different antibiotic? Respiratory illness is normally viral in nature - antibiotics are prescribed to treat possible secondary infections - so they often just have to run their course.

Well I carried this little guy to the vet the other day and he got a clean bill of health except for the sneezing...Got his first round of shots and another deworm...Going to try changing the litter and see if that works...If not he has to go back in 3 weeks for another shot and I will talk to the vet about the sneezing again....They said I have did a good job at raising him...
