Kitten Limp After Vaccines

My foster kitten had his first vaccine on Friday(4 days ago). He was fine after, This morning he has a bad limp on his left front paw. Im not sure which foot he got the vaccine. Could this be a very late reaction to the vaccine? I had one kitten in the past that had a reaction to a vaccine but it showed up within hours, so I am not sure if this could be an injury.

We had a cat a long while ago that had a reaction to the injection site of a vaccine. However, I immediately checked with our vet and would advise you to do the same. Please keep us updated on how your kitten is doing.

I think if you have the record of vaccination they should say next to each one something like LF,LR,RF, or RR to tell the injection site.
