Kitten Has Double Fangs..

I recently just brought in a 6 month old kitten. He's being treated for URI and conjunctivitis, that is clearing up well with the help of antibiotics and subcutaneous fluids. I do have a concern.. His upper canine teeth are growing in but the baby teeth are not falling out. They don't seem to be loose, either. Is this something I should be concerned about? Will they fall out eventually?

They will fall out. Don't worry.
Watch out for the molars when they come out though. Sometimes they end up on the floor and they are kind of sharp.

I had a kitten like this last month. My vet said give it three weeks (in fact today would have been the three weeks) and by last week the baby canines were both gone. They never seemed loose to me either but they did fall out.
