Kitten Has A Huge Stomach

We adopted an 8 week old Siamese kitten who has always lived outside. Took her to the vet Saturday and her stomach was super skinny. After worms and antibiotics she left with 6 meds. Well yesterday her stomach was huge and the size of a baseball. I went back and they did an enema and cleaned her out. Said she was constipated and full of round worms. Hours later her stomach is massive again!!!! We are 400$ in this feral kitten. This is my sons pet so I feel obligated to try. But I want to scream on the inside for all of this. What would you do??

It may take a few rounds of deworming treatment to get rid of all the worms. Worm eggs and juvenile worms aren't affected by the treatment.
