Kitten Gruel Recipe Please

I was trying to remember the kitten gruel recipe - can someone help? I need to start to get my 5 week old Sphynx kittens to transition from Mom's milk. I understand the following list of ingredients but what else?
--1/One can of high grade kitten canned food
--1 jar of (Human) Baby food - preferably chicken
--Supplement - milk but which brand?
--Greek Yogart

Im not sure THIS is called for kitten gruel. The kitten gruel I heard about, but dont remember the ingrediences, is used as a kmr, if you dont have a good kmr. I heard about a case when a russian breeder managed to save 13 orphans and one of the mommas, being sick... Stupidly I didnt wrote up the recipe.

Anyway, your misture should work OK for a 5 weeks kitten.

The milk addes id probably goats milk. Its probably doable with other types too, but goats milk is a safe tip.
