it depends on how high up the kitten is jumping from, but for the most part your kitten should be very resilient! A bed is almost certainly an ok height to jump from. Just watch for any signs of injury, such as excessive cleaning of a foot, or limping, or the kitten being lethargic (not wanting to move or play).
I'd be nervous, too, with a kitten that young. Can you pull a couple chairs out slightly from the table (if she's in the kitchen)? Your kitten may use those more to get down if it's easier. If the bedroom is carpeted that's a little less to worry about. Just make sure your kitten always have a safe surface to jump down on - nothing in the way that could make her land wrong.
This is good to know. Neko makes this little squeek noise when she lands from jumping down. This worried me at first, but she does this even from the lowest hights! Silly girl, i nicknamed her "Squeeker"
Thank you for your replies. She jumps with ease down from the bed and she seems to be fine with it. I look after her so she doesn't jump from higher places.
