My 6 month old male, Thespis has taken to poking his nose in my mouth when I yawn. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Not sure if it means anything or not.
Hmmm. That's a new one on me! I doubt it's anything to worry about. Cats are just naturally curious about everything. I used to have a cat who would try to stick his paw in my mouth to retrieve food but that's the closest I've come to this!
Yep, our Pooper did this all the time when she was a kitten. We always thought she was inspecting for food and sniffing our breath to see what we had eaten. I think there is a picture of her and my husband doing their little ritual somewhere on the site (much to his dismay :lol3: I did blur most of him out). She grew out if it... kind of. She's 4.5 now and my husband and I both open our mouths when we give her love so she can check it out.
