What color is this kitten? Is she just white with markings or is there a particular name for her coat?

Yes, as said, the pattern is called for harlequin ( pied or piebald is another name, especially if horse)
The kitten is also a tabby - I dont see for sure exaclty what pattern of tabby - possibly classical / bulls eye.
So it gives a tabby and white harlequin.
