Keep in mind that it is not the cat itself that causes allergies, usually, but rather the "dander" on its fur from cleaning itself. A kitten that small is probably not bathing itself much, so there's not much dander to cause trouble.
One way to combat the dander is to wipe down the cat regularly with a clean wet washcloth. Others here can tell your more ways to deal with it.
I can see why you called it "tiny kittee." It is!
