Keep off the grass? Well not really, shred the grass and fling dirt all over the place is probably a better description. I have always tried to have some cat grass for my kitties to nibble on. I think it's good for their digestion, enzymes and such. Chessie loved it, so did Nipper the old maid. Now Ginger the terrible beast seems to think it's more for entertainment. Shredding the grass and playing with it and digging in the dirt. Well, whatever she wants is fine with me. I love the little knot head far too much to get upset with her. So shred away little kitty. Too much fun!
