It's called White Lightnin', and it's about a tap dancer called Jesco White, who is a real person, and apparently the movie was inspired by his life. It was a Sundance movie, and Carrie Fisher (known for playing princess Leia in the Star Wars movies) was in it...I was soo dumb to play this movie and keep watching because I am literally shivering now that it's over, it was so disturbing and real. You know when you watch a movie that's so different from the way of life you're used to, for example all of my life I've never worried for my safety or anything, I've never been afraid of someone randomly causing me pain, because I've been lucky enough never to have anything like that happen to me. Well, this movie seemed so real that now I'm having trouble getting back to my reality, I just feel like a totally different world has been introduced to me, and I can't just ignore it and go back to playing with Jake before bed time and being happy. Anyway, excuse my rambling, but it was a powerful movie. After I finished watching it, I literally didn't get up from the couch for a good 30 minutes, just sitting there staring at the wall and thinking about the movie...
If you're into that kind of movies, you should watch it...
