Showing off her Foofy tail!

Lola's looking as beautiful as ever. And, that foofy tail is still quite foofy, I see. She is such a gorgeous cat -- I can't believe that she's not been adopted yet. I know she is special needs, but if I lived closer, I'd have adopted her in a second. She may be special needs, but, more than that, she sure is special.
How is she doing now? Have her seizures decreased? I know she had a few setbacks, is she back on track now? I just love this girl and am always wishing (and hoping) for the best where she's concerned.
That is AWESOME!!!!!Originally Posted by white cat lover

My gosh she is so beautiful and special and I love her so much. Thank you for sharing her with us, and oh Lola....?Originally Posted by white cat lover
Lola is adopted. Lola's staying here. The expense of her meds more than doubled, as we had to get the compounded form of Phenobarbitol rather than pills.. We've had to increase her dosage several times. With the liquid I can get a more accurate dose w/o overdosing her into a "stupor"....she's "dumb" enough as is!
We are relatively seizure free. She took the pills better, but with the liquid we've been able to keep her even closer to seizure free than when giving her pills. Instead of trying to fraction the pills & keep the dosage constant, I can increase her dosage in tiny increments (I can increase by .01cc until we hit the right dosage for her).
