Hi All,
Well I just adopted my first cat from a shelter and he is beautiful. He's a lovely silver chinchilla cross with huge green eyes. I'd post a pic but he's still settling in and don't want to frighten him with a camera.
He's already decided thought that my lap is the best spot in the house which suits me fine since it's winter here and I could do with the warmth...
The shelter named him Hamlet and I think it works so I left it at that. He comes straight out of his hidie-hole whenever I am near for a cuddle and a pat.
I have no idea how he came to be in the shelter or even how it was possible he was there for 3 weeks without getting adopted. He is a real stunner. But I'm positively delighted he was overlooked and there when I came along.
Cheers
