Hi everyone! I discovered this site about a week ago (so happy I stumbled upon it!) but didn't realize there was a place to introduce myself until now, so here goes!
I've had cats all my life, but now that I'm settled into a "real" apartment in the "real" world (as opposed to college life) I get to have my own! It has been such an exciting journey so far
I adopted Alex and Evie three months ago and they a joy.
Alex is an outgoing tabby who will play all day (he plays fetch! It's amazing), is vocal about what he wants and gives lots of kisses (so precious)! Evie is a gray, fluffy, dainty princess. She's more cautious (it took over a month of her living here and lots of patience for her to be comfortable), which is understandable given that she was found alone in a parking lot underweight and with ear mites. Now that she's healthy and feels safe, she's a tremendous sweetheart. They're not related, but they lived with the same foster mom and are best friends; they sleep together, groom each other, play together. I'm so thankful to have been able to adopt them together; I cannot imagine them being separated.
We look forward to sharing our stories with you and hearing all about yours!
