Is Tuxedo A Maine Coon

Another outdoor rescue. Very special laid back kitty.
Is he a Maine Coon. Nice big lovable 18 pounder.

I'm not positive so I'm not even going to try to guess. All I can say is Tuxedo is handsome.

He is a BEAUTIFUL long haired kitty. I'd say domestic longhair, but perhaps with some Maine Coon, Norwegian Forest Cat, or Siberian ancestry in there because of his size.

For him to be that size, he would have to have some giant breeds in his ancestry, and I think Maine Coon is the most likely. He would be a black and white bicolor (in the tuxedo pattern) Domestic Longhair, though.

I would agree that there is probably some Maine Coon ancestry (or one of the other giant long haired breeds) in there but domestic longhair would be his breed.
