Im no big expert on raw food, but all these sounds OK, and blending them together shouldnt matter much, if this is what you have or prefer.

Observe, pork must be cooked, because raw pork may carry Auylesky (?) disease, a pseudo-rabies. It doesnt go on humans, but it may go on cats.
Our swedish slaughterhouses and pigs farms are careful with this, so in Sweden raw pork meat (for example minced meat) is Ok for cats.
But in most other countries the danger is real.

But as you arent intending to give raw, but to cook before, you shouldnt have any problems health wise. And it should be a good base.

Observe, Im not saying you can give just this as only food, its just a base to start from. if nothing else, you must also have a good calcium source and fat source...

Goats milk if you can get is very good calcium source, always useful as supplement and in dire need, its a kmr for orphaned kittens or if momma doesnt have enough with her own milk.
