Is this normal?

Hi all!

This is my kitty Chester!

He often sleeps in a sitting up right position or folded in half. Is this normal for cats?

Yes, one of my cats sits or sleeps like that sometimes, the other doesn't. It varies.

Yes, not common, but not abnormal either. Some cats just sleep in strange positions.

I had one who loved to sit like that, along with another who laid flat on the floor with arms and legs spread out like a dog.
