Is this normal or swelling ?

i took my male cat to the vet to get castrations, and now after 3 days it looks like this he doesn’t eat anything until I force him to eat some wet food is this normal ???

Does he appear to be in pain, is he licking the site constantly?

I sadly don't have any ideas about how to get a vet except to keep calling around to see if anyone can take him in. Your vet apparently does not check voice mail or leave an emergency email or number?

Yes he licks it and he refuse to eat and he’s sleeping all the time

It may be infected in which case he will need antibiotics and only a vet can give you those. Keep trying to get hold of one. So sorry I can't help more.

Try to keep him fed and hydrated as best you can. He needs to eat so that he does not have complications from that. A cool compress might help to ease the pain...water only, no peroxide or alcohol or the like. He needs antibiotics.
