i am watching a cat for a friend and the cat was an outside cat before staying here shes got pink nipples and it looks like shes starting to collect milk? ive only seen the cat as big as she is now and shes kinda fat?

If she is an unaltered female and was an outdoor cat more than likely she is pregnant.

Their belly becomes round and firm when they are pregnant. Their nipples are also large and pink. They eat and sleep more, and are often found sleeping in VERY unusual places.

Their gestation period is only 9 weeks (63-65 being most common) so you will know soon.
