Is Nutri Cal A Healthy Source If Calories?

My vet recommends it for sick kitties but it also depends on the situation. Switching to a high protein diet with most of the protein being meat based is often beneficial. Royal Canin Mother and Babycat was what she has recommended for me to feed, prior to moving onto the canned Rx diets.

Thanks for your help. Yeah my vet recommended Nutri Cal for my puppy. Mercola.com is a very helpful website w/ a pet section. They don't recommend Royal Canin. Raw food advocates.
