Looks like it will be a long haired cat to me.

Your kitten appears to be a cute little brown tabby and white domestic longhair. He looks very young, does he still have his mom and littermates?

Sadly no littermates or mum, but his been eating and going to the toilet and drinking kitten milk aswell as water. When we took him to the vet they said he looked nearly 5 weeks. Got worm treatment and flea treatment and first vaccination on Friday

Such a cutie. That third picture is priceless, super sweet. As to breed lookalike, I'd give it a few months then post new pics on this 'What does My Cat Look Like' thread again, maybe a new one to grab attention more.
In the meantime, I hope you get involved with other threads, he's too cute not to.
