This is the same cat on all pics?  Pic nr 2 and the last, where she looks extra stunning, she doesnt seems to be a tortie.  On the other pics she is clearly a tortie (and tabby = torbie).

Anyway, no trace of Norwegian no, they have quite distinct triangularish muzzle and straigh profile.  

So sooner, some sort of maine coon alike.

The problem is, both maine coons and norwegians are visibly above average.  Even the smallish norwegians are clearly bigger than an average cat...

So, if you arent happy with the label of domestic longhair, another alternative may be a look alike of the german longhair cat...

After all, both scots and germans were professional soldiers in the british army during many centuries, including  the 19 century...    So there could be quite some exchange of the genetical material.  It must have happened soldiers took back home pets.  And especially officers who had all te practical possibilites.
