Hard to say for sure. I only see one side with a bulge. If you want to save money just wait it out. Time will tell.

If it's possible with your budget I would also switch to or at least add in kitten wet food. She will need the additional calcium and fats for nursing and wet food is far healthier anyway.

Thanks for the tip! She actually eats a combo of both right now! I tend to do two wet food "feedings" one at wake, one before i go to bed, and then let her free feed dry food the rest of the time
