Hi--I am a bit worried about whether my cat is peeing enough. He's a male 6 year old cat. He seems to have one medium sized pee a day and a smaller one each day. It hasn't changed in a while, but I am starting to wonder if that is enough. He doesn't seem to be in any pain/discomfort and there are no behaviour changes. He is on almost all dry food except for a bit of wet food twice a week. I started giving him almost all wet (Iams) food last night to see what would happen.
I read somewhere that a lot of the pee you see in the litter box is actually the litter that has clumped together. If my litter isn't clumping well, would that reduce the size of the pee, even though the amount he's urinating is the same?
