IF he is shorthaired (and the tail aint bushy) he will be sooner a snowshoe look alike than a ragdoll bicolor look alike.
If the tail is bushy, so he will be a ragdoll bicolor look alike (or even a real non show quality ragdoll).

But snowshoes, arent not only rare, but they were constructed on siameses old type as base, so they tend to be quite lean, and with somewhat prolonged muzzle (even if the muzzle and leaniness is nowhere near the modern show siameses).

He's gorgeous!

I would describe your cat as a seal point and white domestic shorthair. Most cats are not any particular breed. Seal point and white coloring is fairly common in the domestic cat population, and doesn't indicate specific breed ancestry, although it certainly is pretty!

Ragdolls are longhaired cats, and two longhaired cats can't produce shorthaired offspring, so it is not possible for your cat to have two Ragdoll parents. Is there a reason the seller believed your cat to be a Ragdoll, other than color?

The Snowshoe breed is extremely rare. Most cats that look like Snowshoes are not actually related to the Snowshoe breed.
