OK, I know now that Romeo is on the mend, because he's tearing up my carpet under the doorframe trying to get out of quarantine!! And yowling at all hours - he's such a lap cat I know it's because he's lonely.
His course of antibiotics is almost up (I think I have enough for one or two more doses) and his ears are noticeably healthier. I haven't seen any more live fleas on him in all his brushings, but I'm planning on getting some Frontline or Advantage for Bella anyway, just in case (Romeo of course will get his when he goes for his neuter). SO, should I go ahead and attempt an introduction at this point? I know he'll be happier, hopefully quieter and less destructive.
I do worry a bit about Bella, she's not a dominant cat and Romeo most definitely is a strong personality. But he's here for at least another week or so and I need to preserve my rented property!!
