Irritated Chin. Cat acne or something else?

Can you email the pictures to your vet for a quick assessment? I wonder if it's a rodent ulcer. A vet would be able figure out what the patch is and treat it appropriately.

Hi. I agree about consulting with the vet and sharing those pics with them. Sometimes, acne can become severe enough to appear in the manner you are seeing. It could mean that your cat's sensitivity level has elevated for whatever reason. Here is an article about feline acne including testing the skin tissue (through a non-invasive fine needle aspiration and/or skin scraping) and various treatment options.

Do you use plastic bowls? If so, I’d switch. Mine had acne issues until I started using glass bowls and it cleaned up

I have had chin acne progress to that point, but it had already been dxed. Try to at least get the vet to look at the pics.
