In case you cant get a real cat, there is this one at 14 inches tall, Wembley keeps you company. He is fully inflatable and comes with a repair patch. No litter box required. No need to manage a picky cat and buy food. This one is completely self sustaining. Adoption fee only $2.99.

That is fantastic. Look at the cat on the box. the look on its face says it all.

Amazon has this:

"Cats love it". Yeah. Sure they do. I bet they also love this (also at Amazon)

Loved by all "magic" cats...

Sophie's not buying into either of those claims

So, there was this inflatable cat who lived in an inflatable cattery with inflatable staff.
One day the cat took a pin to the cattery and went on a rampage with it, popping this, popping that and even popping himself.
One of the staff called the cat in and said, " We're very cross with you, you've not only let the staff and cattery down but more importantly, you've let yourself down."

This is such a good idea that I've sent my cats to a 'refuge' centre run by this very nice looking chap. No more fluff, poo etc. Why didn't you post earlier?

Foam rubber cat 004.JPG

This is foam rubber, not inflatable, however it is also very cheap to feed and easy to clean up after. It is about 14" at the tail. I found it last week at the thrift shop run by the animal rescue where I volunteer. I saw it in the window, asked how much and when they said one dollar, I bought it!

I sprayed it down with 90% rubbing alcohol to sanitize it, rubbed it down with catnip and introduced my cats to it. Leonid stared at it for 15 minutes and then ignored it. Seal spent about a half hour unsuccessfully trying to make friends with it. Diamond stared at it for a minute and then gave it a good sniffing in the appropriate place and then ignored it. Ah, well. I like it.

Oh wow, haha, I used to have a cat plush when I was younger that was one of those "realistic" ones that "purred" and "breathed"
