Hey guys! So I'm doing a paper and presentation for my English 51 class. It will be on the shelter systems (municipal and private) and how we as a community need to step in to help if we want all shelters to have low euthanasia rates.
So I've already sited fostering, volunteering, donations and reproductive responsibilities as a pet owner to help the situation. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I'm totally open. The more information the better. I want to throughly educate my peers and maybe help inspire some people to foster. My professor is even allowing me to bring in my neonatals for examples im super excited.
