The neighbors recently brought 2 dogs into their home.
They are puppy Bulldogs.
Today I saw that one of the dogs crossed to the other neirbors yard.
If the dogs are still puppies, it is possible that they will not attack my cats, since they are growing and they already know of my cats?
Thanks.

There is no way to tell. My son brought a malamute puppy into the home with their two grown cats. She interacted with them for months.

When she grew up, she became more and more violent toward them. Eventually she was not able to come in anymore.

One day I was there, and she was outside. I heard a rukus, and saw her kill a barn cat that had wandered into the yard.

There is your answer...it sometimes does not matter if they are used to cats.

IMO, keep your cats inside. You never want to witness what I saw that day. And you never want to say...."If only I had kept them inside".
