I Want To Stop The Prozac

My three cats have been on it since 10/17. I don’t see any results and I want to stop it. How do I do this safely?? Thx.

Or vet.
But mostly the pharmacist.

You need to do this with your vet. I know humans are weaned off these types of medications slowly.

Yes, you don't want to abruptly stop them, it will throw their whole chemical balance off and might cause any behavioral problems to accelerate at a fast rate. I would discuss this with a vet, i'm sure it could be done by E-mail or phone. Just like when you start a drug like this, it takes a long time to get into their system and a long time to leave, any behavioral changes are very slow coming.
