If you had ever read any of my other posts or threads about Trout, you would realize that she is my life. You know nothing about me and I suggest you think about it before you tell a cat lover that they should rather have a stuffed animal. You think I don't care enough to consult my vet if there is something wrong? Did you notice the post in this thread about how in March I almost lost her and paid alot of money to get her better?Originally Posted by DarciFinn
I am late to game but curious, why hasn't anyone pointed out that if the Trout had fleas that a locked door would keep them out and they would probably infest the house? I also wonder if someone who is rarely home and does not really have time to cuddle with her cat and won't let them sleep in her bed because she saw one flea two months ago is a great candidate for a cat rather than a stuffed one. Also it bothers me that she thinks he may have a tapeworm and does not take the poor cat to the vet.
Oh Natalie! I'm just now seeing this thread and that's WONDERFUL! Have you learned how to sleep in contorted positions yet so as not to wake the sleeping kitty?Originally Posted by Trouts mom
And for anyone else reading, yes Trout has been sleeping with me since right after this thread was posted..and she LOVES it, she is way happier and a cuddley purry bug..It is the BEST thing I ever did for her
Actually, I am not going to lie, I have mistakenly flung her off the bed as I stretched out in my sleep...I felt so bad...SHe was like "what the hell mom"? Poor thing!!Originally Posted by emily_325

I learned that that is her come play with me meow, and the fact that i wanted to sleep did not much matter.

But what about for yourself? Come on, admit it, you love having her thereOriginally Posted by Trouts mom

I have done all sorts of thing to them in my sleep, flinging them off the bed, rolling over onto them, kicking them. They just come right back and snuggle.
