All kittens aren't the same of course, but Charlie came to me as an 8-week-old feral, and I think he can be considered domesticated. It will take a lot of work, time, patience, and love.
Eight weeks is considered to be the tipping point for ferals to transition to human care and interaction, so I am sure that you can work with this little kitten and domesticate him. Jamie at 8 weeks, having been rescued at about 5 weeks or so.
