About this time last year I bought a new Belkin wireless N router. At that time I had a worthless Dell laptop. I had constant dropped connections, and wasn't sure if it was the computer or the router or even the cable modem. A few months ago I upgraded my laptop to a MacBook Pro. I still had dropped connections, but could usually repair it via Network Diagnostics within the computer - but it was still annoying as hell. So I finally bit the bullet and replaced the Belkin with an Apple Airport Extreme. Guess what??? NO MORE DROPPED CONNECTION ISSUES!!

Now I have read on Cnet and other places that I'm not alone in my dropped connection problem with Belkin. So if you are experiencing similar issues, think about replacing the router with anything but Belkin!
