It is this part of the usercp: edit, duh they won't be able to see it, but I will leave it there for others! You need to go to user cp > edit options > scroll down to 'visible post elements' and make sure all three boxes are ticked

Have you installed new virus software or 'upped' its security levels, I know mine on the highest setting will remove all pictures. Or some kind of adblock on high security may turn off all images?
