I'd get a 2nd very tall cat tree and put it near a window. Some cats really love to be up high so the more options they have the better. Are you free feeding? If you are, stop. Free feeding just promotes an endless amount of energy. It's best to do 3-4 scheduled meals. If possible play with him 10 minutes before every meal or at least twice a day and that should help with the energy level. A tired cat isn't getting into so much trouble lol.

Vets recommend rotating toys, as cats might lose their interest in them. From an already existing collection of toys, choose four to five, and put others away. And rotate them every two weeks or so.
