This platform doesn't seem to accept HTML coding - something I use from time to time when posting images and videos from outside sources. Sometimes I need to resize an image, and HTML coding allows for that. Am I missing something, or does this platform only BB coding?

We will not be supporting HTML posting due to potential security issues.

You can only use BBCodes for formatting.

You can use IMG tag for images and for videos, just paste the URL.

Laura, I believe the site now automatically resizes images.

It does for photos etc, but it doesn't with emoji from an outside source. Some of those come up huge (and yes, I know there isn't any real need to get extra emoji, but I'm addicted to them and occasionally I want something that we don't have :p).

I've used this to resize emoji with some success, and it's online:
GIFMaker Resizer
