Thanks. That pdf won't open when I download it but I did a google search on this. It's worth a try. I ordered the gelatin online but I am going to send Madison's dad to the store in the morning to get some to try.

Thanks Maggie. We do refidgerate the food after it is made to try to get is more solid but for some reason the minute it gets warm it starts to turn into liquid. I don't like to give her the food too cold because she gets chilly fast.

Try heating water in a cup in the micro,empty it,add food

Sorry I just realized you asked about shallow bowl. She has several different bowls but prefers a small plates to avoid whisker fatigue. She has several plates we use. Even though we are always on the lookout out for new smaller plates.

The gelatin worked like a charm. Just need to adjust dosage to get a better consistency but it did the trick. Thank you.
