how to stop kittens from sucking on each other

My 3 weeks kittens have started sucking on each other. One female has been sucking the male's genitalia until is becomes raw. I have tried many methods to no avail. Someone heard of a ointment that is used to help keep the others away. Does anyone know of the name of this product?

You can always try with some sort of homemade pants on the male kitten. To use when you cant superwise.

Separate the male and use coconut oil on the sore penis to help heal it. He must not be suckled on.

Soak the corner of a clean cloth in kitten formula and give one to each kitten to suckle.

They may have supervised playtime together but must remain separated. Give each a cuddle toy as well.
