How are my fellow Canadians in BC doing?

These wild fires are unprecedented. I know fires have always been an issue in BC but there have been so many evacuations this year. And now a province wide state of emergency...hope you are all well.

I'm in Ontario but the smog here has been horrable. The air stinks like burnt tires, black clouds obstruct vision, and the pool filter is constantly filled with black particulate.

It's not as bad as it was but still have the odd bad air quality warning. I have been contemplating getting an air purifier for Kabuto who has heart disease and breathing difficulty but they are so expensive.
